The Hits
We are kicking off our biggest season to date this Saturday with treats for players, including donuts in the morning and Kona Ice (NWS) and pizza (NAO) in the afternoon. Plus, we’ll have our first pop-up shop with rebranded fan gear (details below).

Game Schedules in TeamSideline
Schedules are live on TeamSideline and the NWS website. Coaches will use the TeamSideline updates and attendance, so make sure to download the app! Please RSVP for games in the app as it is critical in your coach’s planning.

  • 10U & 14U: Save the date for a potential tournament the weekend of May 3-4.
  • 12U: Save the date for a potential tournament the weekend of  April 26-27.
  • All-Stars: All-Star dates have not been released, but tournaments will likely be 3 out of 4 weekends May 30 - June 29. More information to come.

NWS Fan Gear Pop-Up Shop This Saturday!

Show your NWS spirit with new shirts, hats, stickers, and more showcasing Northwest Softball’s updated look! We’re hosting a Pop-Up Shop this Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at NWS Field 6 where you can purchase items on-site or pick up your previously purchased online orders. Shop the new look!

Catching Clinic on Sunday, March 2 (1-2 PM)

Coach Emily Preble, a former Division I college catcher, is hosting a catching clinic for 10U-14U players this Sunday, March 2, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at NWS Field 6. Clinic is $10/player and payment can be made via Venmo (username: @emilypreble) or by cash on Sunday morning. Sign up for catching clinic here.

Game Photographers Needed

Help us capture the season and build a gallery of images showing off our new jerseys! If you (or a high school sibling or family member) enjoy sports photography, we’d love your help opening weekend and throughout the season. Email info@nwsoftball.org to volunteer.

Team Volunteer Duties - Pitch in to Help!

Northwest Softball is a 100% volunteer-run organization, and we need you! Your team parent and coach will need families to staff the Snack Shack, scorekeep, provide post-game snacks, take down the fence + clean the dugout and stands after the final game on Saturdays, and more throughout the season. We appreciate the time and effort our coaches put in and ask for your help supporting them.

Game Time Limits

  • 14U, 12U, and 10U: No new inning will begin after 65 minutes and games are limited to 75 minutes (umpire’s discretion to finish the inning).
  •  8U and 6U: No new inning will begin after 55 minutes and games are limited to 60 minutes (umpire’s discretion to finish the inning).
